I managed to locate all the stuff I was looking for right here, especially when I couldn’t track them down anywhere else. The prices are super fair, and I didn’t have to wait ages for it to show up.

I ordered a costume robe, mask, and accessory that were supposed to be included. When it arrived, only the robe was there. I called customer service and gave them 5 stars the first time. They said they’d send out the missing items. But then, just another robe showed up. Still no mask or accessory. I called back, and this time customer service was a bit short with me. Once I mentioned the missing items, she quickly processed a refund. But honestly, I didn’t want a refund; I just wanted the stuff! I used to buy costumes from this place all the time for different events, but they haven’t been great in the last few years.

I can't get enough of my witch boots! I'm an 8, and they fit perfectly! They really are true to size. Super comfy, even with a 2-inch heel.

I was really let down because I got most of my stuff, which were all good, but one item was missing even though it was listed on the invoice. I had to shoot them an email to figure out what was going on, and turns out the item was out of stock. They could only offer me a refund. I appreciate getting my money back, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that it was out of stock instead of having to reach out. Someone in shipping should’ve been aware of this before I received my package.

Navigating the website was a breeze, and it offered a fantastic range of costumes. We picked up a new blue butterfly outfit in a bigger size than the one we previously owned, which our granddaughters adored (but have since outgrown). We also snagged a fairy princess dress with a skirt that lights up like a firefly. It's absolutely adorable!

I got my Daphne outfit and I'm totally in love! I reached out to customer service due to a shipping issue, and they responded super quickly. My package showed up the very next day. The dress is really adorable.

I attempted to send back my costume for a refund, and I made sure to do it within the proper mailing date. Yet, I still haven't gotten my money back for a costume that just didn’t fit right.

There was one thing I really wanted that showed as shipped and was listed on the invoice, but it didn’t make it into my package. When I reached out, they informed me it was out of stock and that a refund would be processed. I wish I had been told that sooner. A clearer idea of what’s actually in stock would be super helpful. It’s a real letdown when you’re excited about a prop and it doesn’t arrive.

I placed an order for three items listed on the invoice: 1 Deluxe Flapper Kit, 1 Roar 20s beige shawl, and 1 Sandy Speak Easy flapper adult black (which I never got). Instead, I received a child's Amelia Earhart costume. I really want a refund for that black flapper dress that didn’t arrive.

Awesome experience! I really don’t get why this site has a bunch of negative feedback. I shelled out a bit more cash to get my costume by a specific date, and it showed up a day ahead of schedule! Plus, the quality is fantastic! No issues at all!

I ordered a top hat for a show I had on Wednesday. I opted for express shipping to get it by Tuesday. Not only did it show up late on Saturday (four days behind schedule), but it was also the wrong item! If I could, I'd give you a big fat ZERO!
